Hewes Crab

I want to rate this higher, but I think this is just an okay cider for me. It is tart and dry with a pretty clean after taste. I can taste the crab apple, it has that scent you get when you are hiking in Shenandoah and there's an old homestead whose trees have seeded themselves out and made crab apples. I think it would probably pair well with food.
