Lagered Cider

If you like beer, this would be a cider to try. Slight haze with a yeasty aroma and definite yeast flavor notes. I love cider. I don’t really like beer so while I like a nice hopped cider, I’m not a fan of the lager yeast. I find that I am sensitive to yeast flavor. I use ale yeast in my ciders and some I like but I have not found a lager cider that I enjoy. I’ll keep trying though!

Slightly cloudy pale gold colored pour with moderate carbonation. Nice strong apple aroma. Mildly tart and tannic Granny Smith type flavor with a slight funkiness.
