The pour is a clear medium gold with low effervescence. The aroma is spicy (more spice and less fruit). The taste is semi-dry, bitter, and tart. The mouthfeel is light. The the finish is medium bitter and acidic. It’s good but I like other spices ciders better. I think they may have aged the cider too long on the spices. I like to make a tea and not age cider with spices.
