really special taste for a cider. you taste the oak flavor and definitely is one of the vintage cider. I enjoyed it. but I'm with the other reviewers and they only drink one at a evening. the bottle looks also really great.

Golden colour with oak aroma. Smokey and wooden in flavour. It’s nice but I couldn’t have too many!

Deep, golden colour, with a rich aroma of smoky peat and aged oak. Tangy, bitter tannins and smoke dominate the flavour, with a little wood in the aftertaste. Complex and individual. I enjoyed it, but it's a one-at-a-time cider: definitely not sessionable.

Gwynt y Ddraig Old Crow Cider (7.4% ABV, 500ml). Bright clear yellow golden. No information about the kinds of apples being used. Tart apples, mild caramel, wee oak in the aroma, surprisingly light considering its gravity. Full body, moderate carbonation. On the palate, the alcohol is much more noticeable: Boozy apples, stronger caramel, medium sweet. Oak in the finish, with apple skins, vanilla, mild medicinal notes. Mildly bitter and oaky aftertaste, faint vanilla. Wears its heart on its sleeves. Quaffable. 7/10.

Their appearance reminds me of a Thatcher's cider. Not many ciders produced a foam on top, however this does dissipate after a minute. Golden clear in colour. Sweet fruity aroma, small amount of oak. Sweet fruity flavours to start with the oak at the end bringing it back to a medium, Much nicer than the usual generic cider. Special mention to the nice decoration on the bottle and the rhyme on the back.
