This unfiltered cider is the closest thing to what you got from a roadside farm stand when you were a kid, but with booze! Unfiltered and pretty sweet I have to drink this one over ice. Infact there is so much sediment the can instructs you to turn it upside down a few times. This is a great transitional cider for those new to cider looking to get away from the big commercial brands. It’s also a sweet treat for seasoned vets who may prefer drier styles of cider.

This is the standard in most bars or pubs serving ciders. For a good reason. Still one of the best “original” blends on tap.

For a basic cider flavor profile, this is one of the best. Semi-sweet and all around good.

Looks like orange juice. And on first taste reminded me of orange juice. But is definitely an apple cider with a slight hint of lime. There is just enough tartness to offset the sweet. But there’s also not a lot of sweet which allows the apple flavor to shine. The fizz tickles the tongue and is hardly visible in the glass. Very clean flavor. Will definitely order again.

Simple large-scale production cider. Not much going on by way of complexity. Basically apple soda.

I generally prefer dry ciders but am fond of Downeast Original despite its 17g sugar count. The apple flavor is great. Easy drinking overall.

The best part is the apple “extras” at the bottom. Very pure cider

I like this cider a lot when I find it on tap. I wish it didn't come in cans. I don't like the taste cans give cider.

Murky (expected as its unfiltered) dark gold pour. Semi-sweet taste with lots of crisp and juicy apple flavor with a light tart edge. Lots of carbonation and medium bodied.

I enjoyed this cider and found it to be comparable to Citizens Cider Unified Press out of VT (which I can’t get down here in FL). This is an unfiltered cider that tastes semi-dry to me- just how I like it.
