$8 / 500ml in Seattle WA, so a few dollars less than I've seen previously. Notes of caramel, orange, and leather. Seemed a bit more bitter and less complex than some of their other selections, but still tasty and definitely characteristically rich tannic English cider. My favorite remains the Mendip Hills though.

Nice apple and fruit aroma with clean apple finish. Definitely a medium cider or even a little sweeter. It may have seemed sweeter because we were trialing this after trying Green Man Cider, which is very dry. I enjoyed the clean fresh taste and it went well with our brisket!

Straw colour medium dry craft cider. Lightly carbonated with a bittersweet sharp taste, distinctively fruity with a lasting spicy after taste.

Great craft cider. 4/5 from me. Under the nose you can smell the farmyard and it’s origins - had a fairly strong fruit aroma as well. It fizzes right up as your pour with a lovely tide is white foam and sparkles away. It’s light-golden in colour and has a strong apple and orange citrus (hint) if taste to it. I could drink this all day. It’s fairly dry with a sharp sweetness that really hits the mark. Very tasty. There’s a watery slop that swills around the mid-palate mark and the finish is short and silky and the taste fades lacking complexity and longevity. It’s medium to light in terms of fizz and would go very well with some grapes and cheddar. I enjoyed mine with just that. A very pleasant cider and I’d highly recommended it - from a great region (Shelton Mallet) and I’d definitely buy it again - the cider came as a bundle via Amazon from The Bristol Cider Shop. 6.2%ABV.

Golden colour, clear with light fizz. Earthy and leather aroma. Taste is of oak and a bit earthly. Tangy, sharp and slightly tannic.

Light gold in colour, with a fruity aroma, carrying light tones of leather and grass. Smooth, fruity flavour, with skin and light tannins, and a drying finish. Drinkable, with a good flavour profile, though lacking complexity. Matched well with a smoked cheddar.

Quite OK medium-dry Somerset cider. Golden straw colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of earthy, musty, juicy apple. Taste is earth, straw, fruity apple, caramel, sweetish with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, semi-dry tannic finish. 500ml bottle.
