Tried this at a new burger and beer place in Tucson, Divine Bovine. They added a fair amount of sugar with the Ruby red grapefruit through brown sugar and regular sugar as a back sweetener. You get some of the grapefruit aroma and flavor but I want my citrus ciders to have a good bite and astringency (at least that is how I make mine). I’m wishing I would have gone with that Ace Blood Orange they had in the case!
