Watermelon

Watermelon flavor that borders on candylike but is drinkable. Dirty peach color, light carbonation. Would be refreshing when served cold on a hot summer day!

The pour started clear and pale yellow but turned pink as the watermelon that had settled in the can started to mix into the glass. Aroma was slightly sour and yeasty. The taste is mostly dry and watermelon without much effervescence. The finish was slightly tart and watermelon. Not a lot of body. It’s okay. I think more carbonation would have improved the cider. The watermelon adjunct comes through better for me than their citrus varieties.

Light, refreshing with a nice watermelon flavor. Will compete with 21st Amendment’s Hell or High Watermelon for space in my fridge during the Texas summer.

Sweet with a little bite on the end, hints of Watermelon candy flavor. Definitely my favorite from Austin EastCiders.

Maybe because it is 100 degrees outside, this cider was surprisingly refreshing and the watermelon is enjoyable in the latter part of the taste. I still only gave it an ok rating because I find myself sipping instead of truly drinking it.
