The aroma is sharp and acid, with tones of cider vinegar, and a little funk.
There is a little fermentation sparkle, though it pours as a still cider. The flavour is tart and acidic, a little like an apple version of pear drops, though there is noticeable funk in the aftertaste.
Good quality of its type, but not totally to my liking. However, I was glad I tried it.
