refreshing medium dry cider,clear,and a hint of honey

Golden, clear, somewhat astringent, thankfully less so than the Special Reserve.

Golden colour, slightly hazy and lightly sparkling. Light vinegar aroma with some honey Mild apple flavour with some wood. A bit nondescript.

The aroma is sharp and acid, with tones of cider vinegar, and a little funk. There is a little fermentation sparkle, though it pours as a still cider. The flavour is tart and acidic, a little like an apple version of pear drops, though there is noticeable funk in the aftertaste. Good quality of its type, but not totally to my liking. However, I was glad I tried it.
