Straight in with 5 stars. This is a cracker! It's got a lovely aroma and hint of haze to it's golden colour. The taste is a balance of fruit, tannins and a touch of woody/honey. It's 8.5%, wow! It says medium dry on the label, which I would correct and call a medium cider. Because it's right on the money.... just between dry & sweet with a hint of both. Otherwise the label is bang on...this is proper cider. Reviewed on 05 Dec 2025
