Great funkiness (very Oliver’s Cider), and dry and tart. I could drink this all day. A collab with Tom Oliver.

Balanced is the best way I would describe this cider. It was my favorite of all the ciders Hawkes Cidery & Taproom on Druid Street in London had on tap. It had a nice apple nose and finish combined with acid and bitters. Hawkes and Tom Oliver combined to make a very nice and drinkable cider. I’d highly recommend this one if you can get your hands on some.

Comes in a 330 ml can, and is made in collaboration with Tom Oliver. Golden colour, with a woody aroma. Crisp apple flavour, and a lightly bitter aftertaste, with a little biscuit in the finish. Light refreshing cider, with a slight bitter edge, lifting it a little above the crowd.
