Dark orange colour, moderate heavy fizz and heavy turbidity. A collaboration with Gosnells who have provided the honey. This is also a hopped cyser. Aroma is floral with citrus. Same with the flavour. Starts floral and ends with citrus. Didn’t know whether to class this as a cyser or a hopped cider but as it’s called cyser…..
