Gravenstein single varietal aged in oak chardonnay barrels to celebrate Ace's 21st birthday. Sold in black 750ml bottles for ~$15. Tasted too much like sparkling white wine.
Starts off a bit sweeter and finishes more dry & acidic. Not too much barrel influence detected besides the chardonnay-like qualities. I think much better ciders can be had for the cost.
