The pour is light amber and low carbonation. The aroma is apple and honey. The taste is semi-dry apple, honey, and tart. The finish is tart and acid without a lot of body and no real tannins. I think they added the honey post ferment. I would prefer to add mine as part of the primary ferment. I think primary tends to bring out the floral aspects while this has more honey sweetness. I do like the color but it’s not one of my favorites from Ace. Their new Hop variety and their Joker Dry are better.
