Given the hazy, I was expecting this to be extremely hoppy and bitter so I was surprised. I would call the hops delicate. The apple base is tart and I noted some astringency in the finish. The nose is citrus, lemon, and we debated the “tropical” element. Some pineapple or maybe mango but couldn’t put a clear description to it. Anyhow, it was good! Nice little tart bite at the end.
