Single varietal from Discovery apples. Pale golden, with an aroma of sharp fruit, yeast, and a little sileage funk. Crisp, acidic fruit flavour, with a yeasty edge, and a slightly sour finish. Despite the unpromising elements, the whole was surprisingly pleasing, and I quite enjoyed this.
