Elmet was the Brythonic kingdom which covered much of West Yorkshire, prior to the Anglo Saxons taking over. Hazy, pale yellow, with an aroma of waxy honeycomb, carrying an edge of cider vinegar. Sharp, cooked apple flavour, with a lightly sour finish. Quite drinkable, and a little sweeter than many Yorkshire ciders.

White wine colour, lightly sparkling and slightly hazy. I have a bad sense of smell but I get no apple aroma but maybe a hint of honey. Flavour is of eating apples.
