Made from a number of heritage varieties, including Pitmaston Pineapple and Normanton Wonder, this has moderate sediment in the bottle. Pale golden, with a light aroma of straw and sawdust. Light, fresh fruit, with citrus and tropical flavours, including tones of grapefruit, lime, and papaya, becoming sour and acidic in the finish. Refreshing and light, this would be a summer cider, enjoyed outdoors with a barbecue.
