The 'Udder Side

Clear, yellowy gold, described as medium, I'd put it on the dry side, sharp tasting, fruity, cider predominates. It does seem, to use the local lingo, tha can't go wrong wi' Yorkshire cider, lad.

Golden, with an aroma of leather and oak. Sharp apple flavour, with a little skin and hint of spice, becoming lightly tannic in the aftertaste, and leading to a finish of pear fruit and skin. Well-rounded and balanced, with the two fruits working well together. Satisfying and sessionable.
