Pale golden, with a strongly funky aroma, similar to a ripe blue cheese, with some cow manure in the background.
Bone dry and astringent, with a flavour of under-ripe apples, with some oak and tannins in the aftertaste, and farmyard funk in the finish.
Challenging, complex cider, which may be too much for some. Typical Yorkshire product.
Obtained from Bier Huis, Towngate, Ossett.
