Lindley Gold

Clear, pale golden, medium, fruity, easy drinking. Mine was 5.5%.

light in colour, earthy/funky with oaky notes. nicely balanced and refreshing. had still version not bottle.

A very pale gold cider with a tart, crisp taste but a slightly odd aftertaste.

Yellow colour with a lime hue, clear and still. Slightly off putting farmyard aroma. Apple peel in the flavour.

Pale golden, with a strongly funky aroma, similar to a ripe blue cheese, with some cow manure in the background. Bone dry and astringent, with a flavour of under-ripe apples, with some oak and tannins in the aftertaste, and farmyard funk in the finish. Challenging, complex cider, which may be too much for some. Typical Yorkshire product. Obtained from Bier Huis, Towngate, Ossett.
