Comes in a 2 litre plastic jug, and is a blend, taken from the barrels, of the Medium and Dry. Rich amber, with an aroma of oak and straw, overlying a sweet funk. Mellow, soft fruit, becoming astringent with tannins and raw oak. Well-blended, and combines the best features of the Burrow Hill Dry and Medium.
