Clear amber colour. Oaky aroma on the nose, but it is slight. Tastes are not suble. This is full of delightful flavours. Starts with fairly sweet apple flavours which quickly subsides for oaky bitter notes with a hint of tartness at the end. This is delicious.

Made on the farm, using a blend of at least 11 of the 40 cider apple varieties they grow. They primarily produce apple brandy, and I think this shows in the rich complexity of flavours in this dry, sparkling cider. It is both tart and astringent, and each taste evokes a host of flavours; tobacco, cinnamon, leather, sandalwood, wood smoke, and oak, with others I can't identify. A very individual cider, indeed!

Golden colour and clear. Medium apple aroma with slightly too much fizz. Smokey, earthy, woody flavour. Good stuff.
