Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Copper/apricot in colour, with a funky aroma and an edge of aged oak. Bitter apple flavour, with strong tannins, some oak, and significant funk. Far too gassy for my liking, but nice, rustic flavour. Could go nicely with either a blue cheese, or a spirit-heavy fruit cake.

Highly carbonated with great English funk and tannins. Best with food and well chilled.

Copper colour, very fizzy and clear. A little oak in the aroma. Flavour of biscuits, oak and funk. Strong tannins. Nice flavour but too fizzy for me.
