Golden colour, clear with heavy carbonation. Fresh aroma that carries some farmyard. Woody flavour with some funk. Light and crisp to start with a tannic finish. This has good flavour and depth. It’s a bit too fizzy for me but it’s bottle fermented so shouldn’t complain!

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle. Rich golden colour, and a light, tannic aroma. Heavily carbonated (way too much for my preference), this has a light, crisp initial flavour, which is quickly replaced by a robust, tannic woodiness, which becomes dry and somewhat bitter. Personally, I reckon this would be a cracking cider if lightly carbonated, but the over-carbonation spoils it for me.
