Dark bronze colour, with a pungent aroma combining tar and liquorice with pomace. Smooth, caramelised apple flavour, becoming tart and slightly bitter, with a liquorice finish. Less smooth, and more tangy, in the aftertaste than other ice ciders, with a stronger warming quality, like a liquor.
