Elderflower

Hazy, pale gold, with an aroma of elderflower and a touch of vinegar. Light sediment in the bottle. Sour, sharp fruit, gives way to strong elderflower in the aftertaste, before a cider vinegar finish. South Downs have a different take on fruited ciders, allowing the cider to show through, and resisting the urge to over-sweeten and over-gas. This doesn't work quite as well as some of theirs, but is still drinkable, and a refreshing change from the mainstream.
