Hazy, pale yellow, with a sour apple juice aroma, carrying an edge of sawdust. Apple juice flavour, with white chocolate and vanilla bean tones, and a sour edge in the finish. Very easy to drink, with an interesting and novel flavour profile. Really nice dessert cider, which would go with many pastries and fruit pies. South Downs keep confounding my expectations, in a good way!
