Cloudy amber, with a strong vanilla aroma overlying cooked apple. Pleasant vanilla flavour, reveals sharp, green apple flavour in the aftertaste, before the vanilla reasserts itself in the finish. I am a sucker for vanilla flavours, and this is quite a natural one, which contrasts nicely with the fruit. Drinkable, and would be a nice accompaniment to patisserie or kuchen.
