Very cloudy, green/brown colour, with an aroma of cooked rhubarb and sweet funk. Tangy, sharp rhubarb flavour, with a sour edge, overlying sweet funk. Strong, natural flavours. Quite challenging, with the sourness and acidity making this a little unpalatable after a while; certainly not sessionable.
