This is a dry cider with an amber pour that has very little carbonation. It has a light to medium apple aroma on the nose but that does not follow through so much on the palate. There is a nice initial apple flavor that is quickly overpowered by the barnyard flavor others have written about. The finish has mild acidity, tartness, and tannic notes that quickly fade leaving only the barnyard flavor. Not an unpleasant cider but it wouldn’t be one of my go to’s.
