Comes in a 1 litre screw-top bottle. Rich bronze colour, with an aroma of honey and spices. Honey, cloves and nutmeg dominate the flavour, with a light bitterness from the cloves. Richly-flavoured, this is pretty drinkable as it is, cold, but heating brings out the rich demerara tones of the cider, which neutralises the clove bitterness, and delivers quite the best mulled cider I've had. Lovely! Just regret not having any mince pies to go with it ...

Dark spiced cider, very unlike Biddies usual. Being pressed for time I didn't have it hot but it would probably be at its best warmed up on a cold winter day. Not my usual thing but deserves a four for being unusual.
