Sweet

It's made with care and skill. It's a pale, still Kentish cider that is...and I can't believe I am actually saying this....too sweet! It needs a counter balance, a bit of tannin to fill out its profile. It's got a great kick.

Pale golden, clear, fruity, quite sweet, their usual imitation of a white wine. Prefer the dry, but this is one of the nicest sweet ciders I can recall, Biddies are one of a handful of cideries that rarely puts a foot wrong.
