Clear, medium sweet, slight strawberry taste. Mine was a much more pronounced salmon colour than the photograph, I'd feel rather self-conscious drinking it in my local Wetherspoon.

Blush colour, clear and still. Single variety cider. The colour comes from the red flesh of the apple. Fruity apple aroma with berries. Rich crisp eating apple flavour. Creamy and luscious mouthfeel.

Very pleasant cider from the Biddenden farm orchards. As the name suggests its made from their red apples, and it definitely captures the taste and aroma of the fruit. A slightly tart aftertaste but its not a minus point, it actually adds to the beauty of the drink.

Created from an unnamed red-fleshed and red-skinned apple grown for the Biddenden estate. Pale golden, with a perfumed aroma, carrying sour edge. Slightly sour, perfumed flavour, heavy on skin, but with little aftertaste or depth. Unusual flavour, but otherwise unremarkable. Drinkable, but not one I would seek out.
