Yellow colour, clear and still. Fresh eating apple aroma with a little wine. Crisp baked apple flavour with floral notes and a little honey.

Clear, pale yellow, medium dry, not as in-your-face winey as the 8% Dry.

Cider with a sting to it. Dry/medium with dry aftertaste. Sweet hints so not overpowering nor bitter. Acidic yet lends a clean taste. Pretty good.
