Biddies Spartaruss

Dark golden colour, clear with moderate light fizz. Made from Spartan & Russet apples hence the name. Sweet shop aroma. I find the flavour somewhat artificial and the it’s bordering on sickly sweet.

It has a rich, dark, amber colour and is a really rather refreshing mixed variety cider. It's definitely on the sweeter side but just right for me. There's a vague feeling (incorrectly) of an artificial flavour to the caramelised apple finish. Chilled on a sunny day.... it's very drinkable.

A bit sweet, but a great summer cider
