Texan Style

I found this new Texan style Cornish 'hard cyder' at Healeys cider farm during a recent visit and thought I'd give it a go. For me, this really is an absolute treat and well worthy of a full 5 stars. The first word that springs to mind is 'morish' you honestly can't stop drinking it and really regret not buying more!!! This is very different to anything if had before and it definitely did not disappoint! Its made using muscovado sugar which is dominant in the aroma and resulting in a full-bodied fruit cake finish with hints of citrus flavour. Recommended to serve with a wedge of lime for that extra refreshing experience! It's 5.0% abv and it's also presented really well, it really looks the part in a brown 330ml bottle and an attractive label design.
