Pours a light amber. Completely still. The nose is full of leather and musty apple. Up front has a mellow russeted apple flavor, tempered by a wonderfully mellow acidity. Mid palate is crisp sub acid and damp soil (a note I usually get from Northern Spy). Finishes with light, drying tannins and lingering bruised apple. One of my favorite still ciders. Drink at cellar temperature for best aromatics and flavor.

Clear light golden pour. Light sweet apple aroma. Taste is very still and bone dry (as advertised) with a bit of honey initially backed by a strong tannic flavor.

Comes in a 750 ml draw-cork wine bottle. Golden colour, with a light, nondescript aroma. Sharp, slightly sour, sappy fruit flavour, with a wine-like mouth feel and finish. More of an apple wine than a traditional cider, this would go well with a creamy pasta dish or light meats.
