Darling Creek

Pleasant, semi-dry cider from Eve’s. Nice contrast with the drier Autumn’s Gold, which we enjoyed a couple of days later and loved.

I absolutely love the sour Apple profile with abundant tannins, body and awesome carbonation.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Golden colour, with a meadow grass aroma, carrying an edge of sawdust. Subtle fruit flavours, with tones of peach, apricot, and papaya, becoming drier in the aftertaste, as tones of straw and wood develop. Complex, rich, and mellow, this is a sophisticated offering, with good depth and unusual character.

Dark golden pour with lots of bubbles. Taste is semi-dry with bittersweet apple and grape flavors. Slightly tart
