Autumn's Gold

Delicious cider, pale golden in color with an aroma that wafts right out of the glass. Was delighted to find this gem from the Finger Lakes region at a wine shop on the tip of Long Island.

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, Golden colour, with an aroma of straw and sawdust. Crisp fruit, with strong moneral tones, softening in the aftertaste, with a touch of honeycomb. Refined offering, with interesting flavours.

Very bubbly with a nice dry apple flavor with a good bit of tannin.

750ml bottle for $18 from their online store. Made from cider apples, a mix of wild & added yeast, and naturally carbonated. Nearly dry. Not as sharp as their Beckhorn Hollow, and more apple forward. Notes of lemon, peach, green apple, brown sugar, and mineral.
