Hazy, light copper colour, with a fruity, sweet funk aroma, carrying a little oak. Soft, fruity flavour, with a little cloves spiciness, becoming a little tannic with oak, before a sweet funk finish. Quite drinkable, with some complexity. Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.

Dark ruby coloured, clear and still. Mine is a completely different colour from the previous picture. Ripe apple and sherry aroma. Fruity and juicy. Port and barrel in the flavour.
