Sparkling Hop

Comes in a 330ml bottle. Rich, amber colour, with a tobacco and leather aroma. Oily tobacco and bitter apple skin are balanced with subtle hops and citrus peel. A complex, and somewhat puzzling, flavour profile, which had me struggling to pick out individual flavours. Warming, with depth and individual character, this is very different from other hopped ciders, which are much more dominated by floral tones. Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
