Elderflower

Clear, sweetish, fruity. I'm not a fan of fruit cider, but at least this is of reasonable strength.

Without doubt one of the Kent Cider Company's finest ciders. Some fruit or floral flavoured ciders are a bit sickly or overwhelming, but this is an exception. A beautiful aroma that is thankfully infused into wonderful taste. At 5.5% its a perfect all day drink. There's a hint of lime in the colour and in the aftertaste, so all in all an absolute delight

Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle. Pale yellow with a lime green tinge, and an intense elderflower cordial aroma. Strong elderflower flavour, with an oily mouth feel, and an aftertaste with a hint of vanilla and of the underlying tannic cider. Relayively complex for an elderflower cider, with a pleasant flavour and a little added interest. Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
