Cloudy, pale yellow, with an acrid vinegar aroma, overlying pear skin. Sour, green pear, with strong vinegar tones, and plenty of wood in the finish. Unusual for a perry, and welcome for that, but this is not the easiest to drink, and needs careful pairing; given the vinegar, this would might do well with fish and chips, or similar. Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
