Breakwell's Seedling is a variety which originates from a single grower, George Breakwell, and his Monmouthshire farm, and is renowned for its flavour and perfumed blossom. Amber-coloured, with an floral, fruity, aroma, and some funk and yeast tones. Tangy apple flavour, with a tannic, new wood aftertaste, and a little liquorice in the finish. Rich, complex cider; moreish and easy to drink, if you like the tannic ciders. Obtained direct from Dunkerton's.

Single variety cider which is light in colour with the slightest haziness and a too much fizz. Very floral aroma with some funk. Tangy and funky with some wood. Slight white wine finish.
