Breakwell's Seedling is a variety which originates from a single grower, George Breakwell, and his Monmouthshire farm, and is renowned for its flavour and perfumed blossom. Amber-coloured, with an floral, fruity, aroma, and some funk and yeast tones. Tangy apple flavour, with a tannic, new wood aftertaste, and a little liquorice in the finish. Rich, complex cider; moreish and easy to drink, if you like the tannic ciders. Obtained direct from Dunkerton's.

Amber colour with moderate haze, slightly sparkling. Earthy/farmy aroma with toffee apple. Toffee apple notes throughout the taste which prevents it becoming dry. Nicely tannic cider with slightly acidic hits (malic acid?) Gives it a tiny pleasent astringent finish. Really pleasent cider very easy drinking. Bought from Dunkertons

Dry & bitter, quite yeasty, quite a deep cider. One to enjoy not quaff.

Single variety cider which is light in colour with the slightest haziness and moderate fizz. Very floral aroma with some funk. Tangy and funky with some wood. Slight white wine finish.
