Organic Kingston Black

Cloudy gold colour mild carbonation. Funky sweated fruity aroma with hint caramel on the nose. Initially quite sweet caramel start, which gently ebbs away for delicious deep tannic flavours with hints of bitterness, with a warming finnish, with a slightly acidic kick. People talk about cider being a summer drink, I see this one near an open fire surrounded by family on a chilly winter night. Bought at Dunkertons

Light golden colour, ever so slightly hazy with mid range fizz. Apple peel aroma with wood. Initial liquorice taste with a moderate amount of funk. Quite dry and nice tannins in the smokey finish.
