Dabinett Organic Cider

A smooth dry cider, quite a bit of fizz (but I didn’t wait for it to be properly cold). Bit cloudy. Proper cider without being stupidly strong.

Golden colour, slightly hazy and pretty fizzy. Single variety cider. Aroma of apple peel and oak. Earthy flavour with berries in the finish. Smooth and tannic.

I don't know what to make of it. I drank it at room temperature. It's sort of dry and sort of sweet. It's fruity but lite. It just lack a bit of personality. There's nothing wrong with it...I just can't find what raises it above good to very good and beyond. Maybe chilled would help it

The pour is a still yellow. The aroma is apple with some phenolics. The taste is a semi-dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium with a good amount of astringency. The finish is slightly acidic apple with a nice drying and slightly bitter and spicy end. It like it a lot.
