The 330 ml bottle contained significant sediment, and I ended up filtering mine. I was surprised that this is a still cider; cider and black is usually sparkling. This is made with real Scottish blackcurrant juice, and is pleasant, but unremarkable. Obtained direct from Waulkmill.

Nicely drinkable. Pours a reddish orange-pink colour, with no head and aroma of tangy apple & blackcurrant. Taste is sweetish, apple, berry, currants, tart with some underlying leathery barnyard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity sourish finish. 330ml bottle, 3.8% from Waulkmill Cider online.
