Wicked Uhtred

It is conditioned in the 330 ml bottle in which it comes. This is in the style of a traditional West Country cider, though made in Scotland, from Northumbrian apples. The mild aroma is slightly acrid, and has a hint of funk. It is distinctly orange in hue, and there was significant sediment in the bottle. The flavour is quite acidic and tart, but mellows in the mouth to a moderate apple funk, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite enjoyed this, and one of Waulkmill's better offerings.
