Made from Goldrush apples and Sauvignon Blanc yeast. It pours a slight hazy pale yellow. The nose is vibrant with fruit and slightly earthy. The taste is bright, acidic, with some astringency. It’s dry and complex. This is one I would seek out and stock.

The funky smell belies a fairly clean taste. I do like the tartness and the dryness but could use even more of both, and when taking in the aroma, followed by the sip it’s a little all over the place for me. Nothing really wrong with any of its components that are present, but altogether it’s incohesive.

Dry, a little funky but not too bad, tastes like apple.

Pale yellow colour, light haziness and pretty fizzy. Single variety cider made from Goldrush apples. Very light aroma with a little citrus. Earthy flavour. Watery and weak. Doesn’t do much for me.

Cloudy pale yellow pour. Slightly funky apple aroma. Taste is lightly tart with flavors of fresh apples, citrus and white wine grapes. Light bodied and moderately acidic.

Slightly hazy, straw-colored; more flavorful as it warms up.
