Happy Trees (Heirloom Blend)

Moderately cloudy pale straw colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Strong tart apple aroma. Moderately tart and acidic apple flavor. Light bitterness. Can also taste a hint of lemon, oak and funk. Dry.

Rather tart, somewhat funky. There's a definite sense of fruitiness but I wouldn't call it apple forward. Drinks like a sharp sour.

Straw-colored, cloudy cider. Hint of funk comes through in aroma and taste. Beautiful purple can!

Lovely dryness, tart, and sour with a hint of funk. It’s a solid hit on each of those areas without knocking it out of the park. My first from Anxo and it won’t be my last. Shout out to Press then Press for introducing me to Virginia-grown ciders.

Definitely drinks like a kombucha. The taste isn’t bad but it almost tastes like a weak apple cider vinegar
